Major-Minor Cycling

This program provides customer specified waveform loading to drive any servo-hydraulic test rig with a BNC connector for external demand. The demand waveform is a combination of a low frequency, high amplitude trapezoidal waveform and a high frequency, low amplitude sinusoidal waveform. The user defines the trapezoid with two load levels, and the times of each turning point. The sinusoid is set at the high mean load, the amplitude, frequency, and number of cycles are decided by the user.

While the test is in progress, the control channel is measured and displayed at all times. For each turning point, the corresponding peak or trough will be determined and the demand signal will be modified to achieve load levels. The frequency range of sinewave could be up to 100 Hz. The test will be stopped after a certain number of blocks is achieved or the specimen failed.
